Three ways to
work with us.

Want us to bring a show to your room, already run your own shows, or lead a collective? Pick the one that sounds like you.

Path one

Host a Palm Radio show

We bring the artists, the crowd and the palm leaves. You keep the bar and the new regulars. Best for coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants with a little open space.

Path two

List your own shows

You already book the shows. Open seats to Palm Radio Reserve members, fill the room, and get paid for every member who checks in. For venues, promoters, collectives and artists.

Path three

Bring your collective

Already running shows with a crew? Join Palm Radio as a sub-collective and grow with the network. Your collective can also list its own shows on Reserve (path two).

What you get

A show people talk about.

A one-time pop-up

Palm Radio shows are pop-ups, not a residency. We can take over your room for one show, and come back if it goes well.

New faces

A crowd that came for the show, many of them walking in for the first time.

Sales

Drinks, food and coffee sell while the music plays. You keep the bar.

Reach

Every show is posted on Instagram and TikTok, tagged to your venue.

Ratings from guests

Guests rate the show and the room in the Palm Radar app, so your room builds a reputation.

What we bring

The whole show.

The artists

We book the bill: up and coming musicians, DJs, comedians, dancers and other performers, with a headliner who brings a crowd.

The crowd

RSVPs, posts and reminders. We fill the room.

The room

Real palm leaves and plants, so the space feels like a Palm Radio show. We can leave some up an extra day, and your regulars will ask about them.

Setup and load out

Our crew sets up and takes it all down. We agree on the plan with you before the show.

What we need from you

Three things.

The right license

If you serve alcohol, a license that covers the event. If a form needs filing, we'll tell you exactly which one.

A clear load-out plan

What comes down that show and what can stay a day, agreed in writing.

A contact on the show

One person on your side we can reach while it's happening.

What makes a space a good fit

The space we look for.

Open air

A patio, courtyard, lot or rooftop works best. Outdoor space keeps the sound easy to manage and the space feeling open.

A train nearby is a bonus

If trains pass close by, we love building the show around them. It is never required, and we will not promise a view until we have seen your space.

Easy to reach by transit

A short walk from a Metro or Metrolink stop means more guests can get there without a car.

Rules we can work within

Tell us your patio hours and sound limits up front. We plan the show around them.

Not sure what kind of show fits your space? Tell us about the room and we’ll suggest a sound, from jazz and lofi for a quiet café to a full band for a bar. After the show, guests can rate it in Palm Radar.

Path two: list your own shows

Fill your seats. Get paid for everyone who shows up.

Who it is for

Venues, promoters, collectives and independent artists who already book their own shows.

You post it yourself

Apply once and we approve you. Then post your shows, including last-minute ones, and choose how many seats to open to members.

Members fill your seats

Reserve members reserve a seat and show a code at your door instead of paying. Your show appears on the members' live board and map.

We pay you per check-in

Palm Radio pays you for each member who checks in, agreed per show. We pay by hand after the show. Perks only ever list what you really offer.

Reserve is our monthly membership for live shows around LA. See how it works for members → You can also claim your venue page in the Palm Radar app to post your door price and your own shows there.
