Story & Team

Where the
signal started.

Palm Radio started as an excuse to get all of Taylor’s friends in one room. Now it’s a collective putting up and coming artists on real stages.

How it started

One show in a boiler room.

  1. A boiler room called The Jungle

Palm Radio began as one show, to bring all of Taylor’s friends into the same space. Taylor opened it, playing the first set as T-Young.

  2. From a party to a collective

It grew into a platform for up and coming DJs and artists, built on one lesson: the real community lives wherever people already gather.

  3. Easy to get to

Shows come with a note on how to get there by train or bus.

  4. Building both stations

Two things at once now: Palm Radio’s shows, and Palm Radar, the app that keeps the record.

Why live

Live is the one thing a feed can’t fake.

How we find music keeps changing. But we still need to hear it together, discover artists we’ll want to see again, and share a show we’re still talking about the next day. Palm Radio gives artists a stage and people a reason to show up.
